Sleepover

MrsT & I done Parkrun this morning and met Grandma, my sister, friends P, V & Lallybroch who was running her 50th so well done there.

After that I had to hotfoot it up to the sports centre for a one hour special Les Mills Body Balance class. Over 50 in a big hall with a stage, etc. It was great fun.

I then picked up L from swim club before we all had lunch.
