The streets of Stroud ARE paved with gold

Got home late tonight and ended up doing my weekly supermarket shop at about 7:30pm. This is the rain sodden tarmac of the Waitrose car park....lit beautifully so as to make it look like a warm gold. I think I looked like an incredibly dodgy person taking photos in the dark and suspiciously hiding my camera away whenever anyone drove into the car park....I was probably drawing attention to myself which was not the intention...

Last night I dreamt a woman was painting my nails with gold nail polish (not my colour at all) and I doubt I would want to pay someone to do a job I can easily do myself but I suspect it put me in the mood for this bit of blippage so maybe it was a useful dream after all!
