Heavy burdens

Wonderful New Years Day walk today through the mud. It got harder and harder to walk as the mud got heavier. It's a bit like not confessing what we've done wrong or carrying around worries or fears. I have to give even the small things to God or they will become heavier and heavier. Jesus said, "My yoke is easy my burden is light." And 1 Peter 5:7 says, "Give all your worries and cares to God, for he cares about you."
