It’s Saturday night and I’ve decided to crack open the Orkney gin (for medicinal purposes). Orcadian legend has it that the Norse brought a variety of angelica to the islands a thousand years ago which grows wild there to this day and this, along with local roses, borage and bere barley combine to make this distinctive gin.
