Space and Light

Our house is 60 years old this year, not old as houses go but an example of a solid 1950’s bungalow- my husband converted the loft into a spacious first floor. It was his first retirement project!
The painter took down the curtains which hung at the edge of these windows by the front door. We decided not to put them back!
I like the feeling of space and light!
