Alcester

After coffee in the Swan Bar we went home and watched the final of the Sydney ATP, one of the warm-up matches prior to the Australian Open at Melbourne that starts Monday. Some great tennis to look forward to.

This evening we drove to Alcester and met Irma, Geoff, Jo and Julie for a curry at Romna II (Romna I is the take-away branch on the High Street). It was very noisy but we had a nice meal and a great chat.

The photo is a shot from the car park along the alley to the High Street. I was surprised to see the Christmas lights still up, and lit. The Cellar is one of Alcester's other Indian restaurants.
