Smoke over water......

caused by deliberately lit (apparently) fires up in the hills this morning. We do have a problem with pyromaniacs in our dry, hot summers. 
I was a bit late getting to a vantage point for my pic today as I actually had a nana nap, It was so hot - got to 38 deg.

We were at the beach this morning just after 7:30, a lovely long walk, a couple of swims and home for a late breakfast. We are experiencing the once tropical cyclone "Joyce" who has decided to become a rain bearing depression. Onya Joyce!
I just hope the 100mm of rain we are expecting would hurry to help the poor firefighters - it was so hot today. Imagine how hot it would be up there at the fire front!
