French Loaf

Today is market day in Wimereux, so Tony was out early to get the bread and croissants for breakfast. This rather magnificent loaf, sold from the back of a van by the lady who runs the boulangerie where it was made, is baked in a wood-fired oven and has a really good crust. We've ordered a couple more to take home with us.
