High key

The immersion heater has gone the same way as the boiler, and what made me think it was a good idea to do a big wash this morning, especially as we don't possess a tumble dryer. 

I have been attempting to emulate the photographer Michael Kenna but with the absence of snow (and don't even mention that possibility).  There is also a dearth of misshapen trees in this neck of the woods (sorry, pun), but I've given it a crack.
