Pizza A La Renal

Best night’s sleep in ages, it must have been the anaesthetic and psyching myself up for the operation.

Been sleeping most of the day as well.  Yes, too tired even for reading.

I used to love pizza but the tomato sauce, cheese and cured meats are a big problem for the kidneys, so I’ve been having a go at making my own.  Today’s was a big success!
