What a View?

More greyness today again. But we still ventured out for a couple of hours to grab some of the fresh air. We opted for the slightly longer route around the Trentham Estate, which takes you up to the monument of the Duke of Sutherland and through Kings Wood. 

This is the view from the monument looking back along the lake to the Italian Gardens. It's usually a great view, but we couldn't see all that much today.

I spent the afternoon editing photos from my trip to LPH last November. They're now all done and I'm ready to start compiling my photobook.
