The baking bug

Hi.

I like baking. This year I've baked once every week. First, lemon drizzle cake and today bakewell tart; both a success. I don't bake that often because I also like eating. What I'm doing now is making half of the recipe. It's a portion control measure I'm happy with.

Today they celebrated the work of all the volunteers at the shelter. We work with cats and dog, but I work mostly with kittens. It's really wonderful. The was food and drinks and a raffle (I won. Yay!).

PS. I'm posting this blip today. what I mean is that it is still Sunday (23.44). it's probably the first blip that's on time so far.
