The changing face of the neighbour's house ...

In the extras you can see 2015, 2016 and 2017. Remarkably, including the clearance of the huge trees, the stripping down of the old roof and rebuilding to it's current state, the only thing that he had the help of just one other person was in the erection of the roof timbers. Everything else he has done single-handedly!  
I only hope that he lives to see it to fruition with his blasé disregard for his own safety.
