The Boy is 25!

Can you believe it?  My "boy" is 25 today!

However, he was at work, so I pottered gently about the house for the day, then made him a coffee fudge sponge cake (with coffee fudge buttercream) for his birthday.  That seemed to go down well!

The picture shows the inside of the garage door...heading into the utility room.  The Boy bought Mr A the parking sign for Christmas last year and I bought Mr A the wife sign as a joke for his birthday.

The additional picture is the cause of my washing machine trouble...apparently this little contraption was stuck in a u-bend of the washing machine outlet, acting as a valve to block the draining water.  And to think I nearly bought a new washing machine, when it was actully such a simple problem!  Phew.
