The happy chap obviously enjoyed the morning spells of sun beams before the rain came down.

Boiler problem continued — this time the pipe leakage and the exceeding water pressure. Emily spotted this in the morning. An engineer was sent to arrive at 8 pm. Thought it was fixed.
