A Little Bit of Paradise

Across the river from Pelican Bay and the Wall....... down a bumpy road full of HUGE potholes..... a walk through the National park is this beautiful little beach a little bit of Paradise.

This is the river meeting the ocean...just a little walk to the left of here and over a sand dune is the ocean.....a lovely place to swim although a bit cold for me yet.

The sun was shining the water was crystal clear and walking along this little beach revealed a place where the Pelicans nest.............a little island in the middle of the water.

When I came home and downloaded I notice that there was a baby Pelican amongst them...unfortunately a little too blurry to post but I will have to go back soon.
