Branston Lock

There was just time between the squally showers to walk around the lake at Branston Water Park today.  When I set up my camera on a tripod for this picture a robin flew up and perched on the lens.  It must be so used to boaters passing by that it expects to be fed.  Sadly I had nothing for it today.

I harvested my pearl oyster mushroom crop today.  We will use them with our dinner tonight so I will report on their flavour tomorrow - provided we survive the experience!
