A row of snooze.

Weekend in Perigueux with one of the two (yes I'm a geek) choirs I'm in. Lots of singing (it was essentially a two-day practice), LOADS of food, and plenty of wine :) and rum :) and French :) In fact, the most French I've spoken in one go... ever.

After almost two years in this country I still feel very foreign with regards to the language. It's become more important and more urgent to me than anything else to finally be able to express myself without huge gaps and "errr"s in each sentence! Unfortunately, as part of the learning process, I have come to accept that I will have to bore many, many people with my inability to speak normally. Still, I hope that it'll all be worth it in the end... for everyone involved!
