Christmas stock overspill

At lunch today I went to Boots to see if they have started their 70% off sale yet. They haven't, but rumour is it starts (& probably ends) Friday. You need to be at the door when it opens to get the best bargains. Currently it is 50% off which isn't bad. There was nothing there that I am desperate for. In years past, me and my friend Polly would rush into Cambridge at 12 and haul mountains of bargains back up Castle Hill an hour later, saving literally hundreds of £s. Presents were sorted for the year. I don't think I'll be doing the same in Norwich this year.

A busy productive day and hopefully I'll be home by 5.30.
