3. Chicken Saltimbocca for dinner from Tom Kerridge book
4. Today's weather awful rain rain rain :-(
5. So got the Wii fit out - so  much fun
6. Walked with Millie around Bluewater this evening.
7. Still keeping up the calorie counting and exercising.
