New things.

A couple of conversations with a manager tonight about surgery. She isn't my line manager but seeing as my new boss started 4 days ago didn't quite feel up to explaining things from day 1. I'll never be stealth in this job, but grateful for the talks we have had and the reassurance that I will still have a job to go back to. The boys continue to settle into their new home, and things move forward
