Blue Jay On Deck

A cacophony of Blue Jays came and went on the deck today.  They even had a shouting match with a bunch of Chickadees.  But, I caught this nice calm shot of the first one to arrive before all the noise began.  They are usually very skittish and I was surprised that he didn't fly at the first click of my shutter----even through the window he can hear it.  I was glad to get a few shots in before the others arrived and all the chatter and jockeying for position began!
