The Blue Door of Crail
The last day of the holiday and the weather has finally broken. Gone are the tropical blue heavens and in their place, a monochromatic featureless sky - the clouds having dumped their month's supply of rain in the last 12 hours!
We stopped in Crail to have a look at the harbour and I took this shot of a little terrace of houses. I liked the blue door - it was the only colourful part of the shot - so I drowned out all traces of other colours to get a nice effect.
