Making amends

Today didn't start so well with someone coming into my hotel room at 0530 this morning!! Rather shocking to say the least and has unnerved me a bit! The hotel were apologetic and have investigated with the outcome for me being upgraded to a suite where these were waiting for me. Still a tad nervous but the wine helps with that!!
