Rubbish nights sleep, thought the house was going to blow away at one point but we only had a bin blow over.

My work mojo has upped and left and really didn’t want to go back into the office today but I made it in and waded through 80 emails.

Came home feeling completely wiped out tonight, probably more to do with the head cold than any actual work I did today.

The soft light of a candle and a couple of moments of still and calm helps to pack the day, more cold caps also help shift the headache and deal with the head cold.
