January afternoon in Stroud

I went into town in the afternoon to meet a person regarding volunteering to read books to others. (Of course, I'll have to make a few other changes first, but these are coming! ). We spent a pleasant hour chatting. That was after I'd spent the morning in bed, trying not to cough, and listening to Radio 3, which seemed to have a calming effect.

After the meeting, I walked around town searching for various items. The sunlight was particularly striking in the high street. I dont often go into the clothing shop called Moonflower, but they do have fabulous window displays, and a historic facade.
