Lunch at the Kettledrum

Mr MD and I today met up with a cousin of his, who we hadn't seen for some time, and had lunch at the Kettledrum, in Mereclough, Cliviger, near Burnley.    The pub' is named after the horse owned by Charles Towneley which won the Derby in 1861.  Well worth a visit when in the area.
