Just a pretty flower.

Thought it was time to take a proper photo rather than just a phone pic or Dashcam snap! I had the morning to myself so I could faff!

Then swim and work.

Im doing well I think with managing to fit in the swims into my busy life. I never thought I'd have the time but its amazing what you can fit in with just a little bit of adjustment to everything else - and if you put your mind to it! So the vacuuming gets ignored!!!! 

And who says vacuuming these days!!! Its still Hoovering in my house - except its not!
