Agility training

Finished late at work as we are starting back at agility tonight and it starts an hour later than the last group. There were 9 of us there so we only got to have 4 goes on the equipment in the hour. Not great. Will have to see how it goes to see if we keep going. Did manage to get back with enough time to quickly jump on the turbo trainer and get some exercise in.
