Quince jelly

Another lie in as it was a bit of a late night. J took Kilda to flyball training while I made the quince jelly. Seems to have come out well but I think I could have boiled it a bit longer as it hasn’t fully set. Made some soup for the next couple of weeks before heading up town to look for a holiday. Back home for a quiet night in and catching up on Death in Paradise.
