Pikelet or Crumpet

What you call it depends where you're from.

This little beauty came from Trader Joes and was made in the USA. It's a British style crumpet, the packet says, and in case there are any doubt there is a picture of the Houses of Parliament on the label.

They are apparently fat free and cholesterol free, so I fixed that with a thick spreading of butter.
