About....The Great British Bake Off final tonight.

Mr Lif appeared to indicate that there may be a scheduling conflict. Apparently there is some England team or other on the telly at the same time. He is surely a wiser man than to suggest this seriously. It would be a shame to end such a lovely relationship over a couple of dropped scones vs 11 soggy bottomed men on a footie pitch.

Note to self. When you arrive at work with a headache and your drug dealer of choice friend is out of paracetamol, do not accept cold and flu remedy capsule instead. These can contain aspirin and you will end up with an agitated ulcer and a sore head to endure for the duration of the workshop you are running. Muppet.

Oh and a lovely lunch with people twitcher and Jack Black broke up the day nicely. PT did have some cake.... ;) Good to catch up with you girls x
