from homelessness to hope

The good people of Milton Keynes have raised funds to buy a double decker bus for conversion to a homeless shelter.  

When finished The Bus Shelter MK will have 16 beds, and a mailing address.  The latter is important because without an address you can’t apply for a job.

The bus will take its passengers from homelessness to hope, via sleep, help, and dignity.

This project gives me hope too.
