In a shaft of light

Well first things first.........guess who won the quiz last night :-D 110 of 114, get in!!!

Slept ok, woke up all blocked up, but sort of shook it off.

Sis drove over to ours today and we all went
out for a few hours. Had a lovely lunch and a good,ol,mooch around Derby House, which sells all kinds of lovely things. Hub got a great winter jacket, 70% off in the sale. a couple of jumpers for me and sis bought some new pot towels.

The weather has been rubbish again, more blue sky around in between the rain, sleet and hail showers. Once back to ours, sis left for home, and we put our purchases away. I popped out into thr back garden to grab a quick blip, not much to choose from just now, but liked the lacy leftovers of this hydrangea. Wish it was a bit sharper though :-/

Just in the last couple of hours my voice has become a bit croakey and I have a blocked up nose so maybe my iffy throat is developing into something else after all.....we shall see! :-/

After our lovely lunch not sure we will be having any dinner as such, probably cheese and biscuits later ;-)
