Kitchen in a box

My mobile kitchen, repacked and ready to roll tomorrow.  We are going off for a night or two. Will be dining out tomorrow night but if we elect to stop away for two nights I will be cooking in a car park somewhere, so my kitchen is coming along with us instead of being left in our storage tent.  Packing into a crate like this stops sharp knives from flying around the habitation each time we hit one of the oh-so-frequent Spanish potholes.
