Girl managed to win a sleep star today but that was mainly due to us setting the light alarm to go off early to create some achievement to motivate her to stay in bed of a morning.

Wife is not well and so had a bad nights sleep regardless of child activities.

I got home to an empty house tonight as the rest of the family had popped round a friends so Girl could have a play with one of her best ones who she has missed a lot recently.

This evening the children have been as wired as usual, just like the streets round here
