A Writer's Life

Going out

The sun was out, the subarctic colds were easing up, I thought: time to go for a walk!

Came home an hour later, arms dead. Turns out, when the weather suddenly goes up about 20 degrees, the snow melts, and it creates a rather rough terrain for the stroller. Three people helped me navigate it at different moments, which meant lifting the stroller.

The good thing, however, is that Henri had a blast: every time we got stuck, he’d laugh.
