Lady Luck Festival, Katoomba

"Lady Luck" is a festival for rockabilly and vintage enthusiasts which began in 2009. I left Peter in charge of the hounds and spent a few hours there this afternoon. It was good to get out and find a blip from somewhere other than our yard.
This image is of the judges who select "Miss Lady Luck".   They were observing the contestants when I took this.  The extra is of Miss Lady Luck, 2018.  They go to a lot of effort, use a tonne of make up and travel for hours to attend events like this.  One lady told me that she travels to two events per month.
