Life's tough in paradise!

Another astoundingly lovely day. Went for a very loooooooooong walk and am now forced to go out to dinner to recover!

Witnessed the thunderous flapping and then honking of thousands of barnacle geese as they set off in flight from one field to another but my pictures didn't capture much of the enormity of their presence. I may try again. Sensible birds though, choosing Islay as their winter holiday home!
