Robin

This is the 1st time I have been outside in the last 6 days. I was only out for about 2 minutes thinking some fresh air might do me some good and I was rewarded with this little fella serenading me.

woman flu, cold update. Had a ruff night of chocking and coughing, colds and asthma do not make a good mix. The coughing fits are getting shorter and fewer thankfully. Yesterday was horrible, couldn't catch my breath very well at all. I wonder if you can get a six-pack from coughing so much cos I can certainly feel my abs today.
