Blustery beach and Bass Rock

We ventured out twice today even though the weather has been quite autumnal.

This morning a trip to the high street resulted in more holiday tat bought from the 'Stop and Shop' for the girls (gunky aliens and marbles) and a visit to the St Andrew Blackadder church for me. We also bought pies and sausage rolls for lunch.

This afternoon the wind and rain had abated somewhat so we went down to the Seabird Centre and the beach.
