Long time no blip....I really should make more of an effort.

Hopefully this photo catches the mood today, ran about 9 miles through the Hertfordshire countryside in the rain and the mud, not many hills to speak of but there are worse places to run.

I might try and upload some more photos if I get chance to fill in the huge gap!
