Time changes

Over in Newton Mearns today visiting my mum and doing some shopping for her, since the snow and ice has curtailed her getting out and about.

I only took one photo today at Mearns Cross, which is not so much of a cross but more an uninspiring staggered junction. Who says things have improved in modern times, not always the case, particularly in the case of architecture. As you will have guessed, the top picture is of Mearns Cross in days gone by.
