Chilly Saturday

I was In the lab early this morning in preparation for all the extra work and it was nice when I walked in to see the M.D. and a couple of the managers getting their sleeves rolled up and stuck into the job. I did wonder how we would manage to get everything done, but we did.

As I got to the car park when we finished, it was 1634 and it was almost dark. I liked the faint glow of the setting sun behind the snow covered trees. I’m sure my colleagues thought I was a wee bit loopy when I took my iPhone out and started taking pictures that weren’t selfies!

I’m back in tomorrow at nine o’clock for what will be my final day as an employee of DH Borders. On Monday, I start my permanent position as an employee of the company.
