J showed me her favorite hiking area behind Look About Lodge. We climbed/slid down a ravine and found so much to enjoy and photograph. She was ecstatic to introduce me to this area. She lapped up some rays of sunshine laying on a cliff overhanging the river and made her much desired snow angel (see extra).

We met a friendly 79-year old man who was in his second of five intended hours of climbing up and down the ravines in preparation for his mountain-climbing trip in Colorado next week.

Pure unadultered joy in nature with a friend ... life is so wonderful sometimes
