Gym...
I joined a gym a few weeks back - as it is opposite where I work, and 1/3 the price of most other gyms around! All new, and I am really enjoying it!
This rather uninspiring photo is the only photo I took today when I met with one of the gym trainers for a complimentary consultation on what I should do during my workouts... weights on Monday and Friday and whole body cardio exercises on Tuesday with a 20 min walk on Wednesday and Thursday to burn off the fat that Tuesdays exercise releases... I didn’t completely follow all the reasoning behind different things but learnt a fair amount!
