Hebridean wool.

Didn’t have much to photograph today. This morning I went shopping for a new jumper and ended up with an outfit for my niece’s wedding in April! I have learnt from many bitter disappointments to buy things as I see them and not to wait until later when they are invariably gone. So as I was looking around the shop I spotted a nice dress tried it on and bought it within 15 minutes. Usually this would take days but there we are. When we got home the weather was horrible so I dug out my skein of South Uist wool. I remember it reflects all the colours we encountered on the island when we visited one gorgeous summer. Hope it won’t be long before we get some good weather again .
