A day trip to Birmingham to the inaugural National Running Show. A chance to see and hear from some famous runners such as Kelly Holmes and Jo Pavey. Just wish I had had a bigger bank balance as there were lots of tempting bits of kits that would have replaced my old saggy stuff!
