From Hagg Bridge.

Well today didn't go to plan at all!
Dragged self from bed, fed dogs, had breakfast, loaded car, showered and dressed in best shooting attire, gun and self get in engine won't turn enough to start !
After several attempts to charge the battery ring shoot and explain I am not going to make it! Get it started with jump leads from Mrs A S's car and go to local tyre and battery merchant who tester says "bad change" funny that it has failed just after the cars 3rd birthday! So £100 worse off I return home in time for dinner !
After that we went to the far end of Pock canal where it joins the river Derwent . Only went to look at the lie of the land and possible parking places for the future. The levels were very high and we went back by road to Hagg Bridge before I could get a shot. This is a four frame stitch to try capture the canal, black drain and the ings!
Off now to open the north of the boarder medicine...............
