Unexpected delight

I decided not to go to agility. I decided that a lie in would do me more good. I’m not getting better so I decided to look after myself.

HtP came round to help me clear out my loft.

Having spent so long fitting it in his van we realised that the Recycle Centre was about to close. He will take it there tomorrow for me.

When we were driving to a local diy shop we noticed the starling murmuration so we stopped in a car park to watch.

The photo does not do it justice. We stood for ages watching them twist and turn. And then as the sun went down they all went to roost in two trees. They continued to chatter to each other.

We are planning to go back there when the weather is better.
